Jason Gerlich, a research specialist for TWRI, is the project lead for the Medina River WPP. He works with local stakeholders to develop plans for restoring and protecting water resources, analyzes data to address water quality issues, and secures funding to implement projects.

Lucas Gregory, Ph.D., currently serves as associate director of research – physical sciences for the Texas Water Resources Institute. In this role, he develops effective and efficient research projects and provides stakeholder leadership for developing local plans to restore water quality.
