Jason Gerlich, a research specialist for TWRI, is the project lead for the Medina River QPP. He works with local stakeholders to develop plans for restoring and protecting water resources, analyzes data to address water quality issues, and secures funding to implement projects.

Lucas Gregory, Ph.D., currently serves as associate director of research – physical sciences for the Texas Water Resources Institute. In this role, he develops effective and efficient research projects and provides stakeholder leadership for developing local plans to restore water quality.

Aarin Teague, Ph.D., is the Ecological Engineering Manager and has been with the River Authority since the fall of 2012. She leads a team responsible for the River Authority’s development, utilization, and management of hydrologic and hydraulic, flood prediction, and water quality modeling and is working to advance the River Authority’s Stream Restoration Program and natural resource protection efforts.
